What is fractional ownership or shared cottage ownership?
It is carefree-shared ownership of a vacation cottage in a prime location on Lake of Bays, Muskoka.
At The Black Pebble you will own a ¼ or 1/12 share (Interval) of a beautifully appointed by design, 3 bedroom bungalow, Confederation Log cottage as well as an undivided share of the property. The share represents a certain number of weeks, usually a fraction of 50 weeks (will be closed 2 weeks annually for maintenance), therefore a 1/12 share provides 4 weeks of use, and a 1/4 share provides 12 weeks of use.
This innovative approach makes vacations more enjoyable and affordable with no worry of maintenance, bills or security. The cost of a share of a new fully furnished year-round residence is a fraction of the total value with all of the benefits. Ownership entitles you; the purchaser, to the full reward of ownership rights - owners can personally enjoy the unit, or can rent, sell or bequeath it.
